INITIAL BOOKING CONSULTATION
This required meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to any new service, and will take 30-60 mins. During this time I will get acquainted with you and your pets. At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer any questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due prior to start of service, paid in full.
CANCELLATIONS-24 hour minimum notice before first scheduled service is required. You will be charged for any scheduled visits that fall within that
24 hour period of cancellation
KEY PICK/DROPOFF-
There will be a $5.00 charge for this service after initial consultation which is free. We can retain a copy of keys for future services to avoid this charge if you prefer. I will not leave keys at last scheduled visit in case there is some delay with your return home, which I would not have access to your pet. I ask that you call me on your safe return home so that at that point I know your home and my service is not needed.
SICK PETS
should be under the supervision of a professional veterinarian. I will not schedule visits to pets who are known to be ill; however, I will gladly provide service to pets who simply require medication or have special requirements such as elderly pets.
